Luis Perez is a licensed General Contractor who executes the design decisions made by the Field Director and Project Manager. He brings a wealth of hands-on construction knowledge to the Blue Sky team from his 10+ years of project management, framing and subcontractor coordination. His resourcefulness, work ethic, personal integrity and commitment to top-notch quality make him an essential part of Blue Sky’s success.

Luis lives in Phoenix with his wife, three young children, and is widely known as the top carne-asada cook North of the Border!
