Our response to COVID-19:
At Blue Sky Homes, nothing takes greater priority than ensuring the health, safety and wellness of our clients and team members. We will continue to closely monitor updates from the local, state and federal guidelines on prevention measures and adjust accordingly. Arizona Governor Doug Ducey has classified construction and real estate as essential businesses. In an effort to protect the economy and continue the building of homes we will continue operating while making the following temporary changes to our business practices effective immediately:
- Our office has been closed for in-person meetings since 3/16/20. We will be happy to set up an appointment and answer questions by phone, email, Zoom, or FaceTime. Should you need to make an appointment please email us at [email protected] or call 480-900-7204.
- All marketing, sales, and design personal have been instructed to work from home and our weekly meetings are being conducted virtually to honor social distancing measures. Customer care and warranty items will be handled with the utmost safety in mind utilizing gloves, booties and masks for the field team.
- We are postponing all open houses, broker opens, and community events for the time being.
As a family-owned company our commitment has always been to serve and protect our extended Blue Sky family, which includes our customers, trade partners, and employees. As a method of caution, we request that anyone who has symptoms of Covid-19 or who has been exposed to anyone with Covid-19 defer visiting our homes or office until at least 14 days after being cleared as stated within the CDC guidelines.
We will continue to take proactive measures and support the community whenever possible. In the interim, be sure to check out and take advantage of our website, photos on Zillow and social media. We will be uploading 3D virtual tours as well as video walkthrough tours of open houses so stay tuned and stay safe!
